First Breakfast in The Year of Horse

I know Chinese New Year is not all about eating, but it is really a rare time when we stop watching our weight and let it run on its own course.

Mee Suah for breakfast, anyone?

Mee Suah

It is a tradition in our family to have mee suah for breakfast on the first day of Chinese New Year.

Mee Suah

This bowl of Mee Suah made up of many ingredients, limpets, liver, abalone, pork, chicken, dried lily and the list goes on.

Did you have mee suah too? If not, what did you have for breakfast?
